Theo Lowe — Head of Operations
I kept hitting the same wall across every business I ran — too much time on coordination, not enough on actual work. I knew other operators felt the same. I wanted to build a product that solves this — not another dashboard, but an AI system that handles things on its own.

Research and Architecture
Validated the core hypothesis through user interviews and competitive analysis. Designed the event-driven agent pipeline, selected Claude API for decision-making, defined the MCP integration architecture.
AI Agents Development
Built 5 AI workflows: daily planner, email agent, team status monitor, meeting prep, and activity report. Each follows the same pattern: monitor → decide → present → learn.
Integration and Release
Connected 12+ apps via MCP, shipped web and mobile interfaces, launched closed beta with real users running real daily workflows.
Technical Decisions
We chose Claude API as the core reasoning engine — its strength in structured output and multi-step planning made it the right fit for an agent that needs to understand context from multiple sources and decide what action to take. MCP (Model Context Protocol) gave us a universal integration layer: instead of building custom connectors for every app, we connected calendar, CRM, email, and messaging through a single unified protocol.
Telegram API serves as the messaging connector — it reads conversation context directly from the user’s business account and feeds it into the agent pipeline. The platform itself is web and mobile: a clean interface where agents surface decisions and user oversees the process.
Core
Experience
Forward Planning
Pulls data from calendar, task manager, and email to structure the day before work begins. Meetings, focus blocks, and approaching deadlines — all in one view with full context.
Each item shows what matters: topic, prep notes, who’s involved. The user reviews the day in one glance instead of opening three apps before the first coffee.
Inbox Monitoring
Monitors incoming emails and drafts responses automatically. Pulls live data from connected services — CRM records, recent metrics, previous conversation threads — and matches the sender’s expected format and tone.
Drafts appear as ready-to-send cards. One tap to confirm, or quick edit before sending.
Data Aggregation
Aggregates signals across project management, messaging, and version control into a real-time overview. Who’s blocked, what’s in progress, what’s ready for review — surfaced automatically without anyone filing a status report.
Built for the moment before standup: the meeting can focus on decisions, not updates.
Activity Reporting
At the end of the day, compiles a structured summary — completed tasks, decisions made, follow-ups sent — grouped by project and time. Each entry links back to the source event.
Replaces the 20-minute daily ritual of reconstructing what happened and moving tasks around in a project management tool.

We came in with a clear problem but no idea how to turn it into a product. The team helped us shape the vision, define the agent architecture, and get to a working system faster than we expected.
What impressed me most was the technical depth. They didn’t just connect APIs — they built a learning pipeline where every confirmed action makes the system smarter. The learning loop actually works — the system keeps getting sharper without any manual tuning.
They didn’t just build what we asked for — they challenged our assumptions and proposed solutions we wouldn’t have considered.
